SCENE:
I believe this is from OVA #2 (I need to re-watch to confirm). Jessica (the painter third-type) is calling the Police Department to rescue her. She knows D'Anclaude is coming to kill her. She has a list of all the Thirds that are free and wants to send them to Naomi. This is the last time we see her alive.

I love Jessica and would like a couple more cels of her (especially her lesbian lover). This cel really demands a BKG...and I hope I can find an appropriate one for her soon.
