This is one of the second-type robots on Mars. She is actually used as a walking bomb by supposed terrorists to bomb an airport. Because of this bombing Ross Sylibus was taken off the murdered Thirds case and onto the Terrorism case.

I personally really dig the yellow eyes in this cel. A bit more so in the sequence mate I lost on ebay...but everytime I look at this piece I can picture them wide open. The pink hair is a nice touch (a little surreal). The mask always makes me crack up. I mean, the girl is a walking bomb who walks around in a huge brown robe. The mask is just icing on such an odd scene/situation.
However, I would really like a pan shot of her full body w/o the robe along with the people milling about in the background.
